India, Feb. 7 -- Power Finance Corporation Ltd. on Thursday, 05 February 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 40 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 20 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 20 February 2026.
The last five dividends are 36.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 26 November 2025), 37% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 18 August 2025), 20.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 June 2025), 35% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 March 2025) and 35% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 February 2025).
