India, Aug. 25 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 9.58 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 12.52 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 23.48 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 7.29 per cent at Rs 110.38 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 102.88 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 9.36 per cent to Rs 97.52 crore from Rs 89.17 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 51.73 per cent at Rs 2.23 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.62 crore).
