PDS has declared 82.50% Final dividend for the financial year March 2026

India, June 7 -- PDS Ltd. on Friday, 15 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 82.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 24 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 24 July 2026.

The last five dividends are 82.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 31 October 2025), 85% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 July 2025), 82.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 12 November 2024), 157.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 July 2024) and 80% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 15 November 2023).
