India, July 29 -- Paytm (One 97 Communications Ltd) has introduced 'Split Bills' on its app ahead of Friendship Day, enabling users to easily track, split, and settle shared expenses with friends and family.
The feature allows users to create groups, record expenses, and split bills equally, by exact amount, shares, or percentage. Users can view a consolidated summary of total spending, individual shares, pending balances, and recent transactions. Payment reminders can be sent directly through the app, while dues can be settled seamlessly using Paytm UPI with pre-filled payment details.
