India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 1.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 40.28 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.88 per cent at Rs 469.00 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 493.07 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 4.83 per cent to Rs 470.95 crore from Rs 494.86 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 11.88 per cent at Rs 4.08 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 4.63 crore).
