India, Oct. 15 -- Passenger vehicle dispatches from manufacturers to dealers increased 4% year-on-year in September to 3,72,458 units, according to the Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers (SIAM).
Overall passenger vehicle dispatches for the month rose 4.4% compared to 3,56,752 units in September 2024.
Two-wheeler sales also saw a 7% year-on-year increase, reaching 21,60,889 units in September, up from 20,25,993 units in the same month last year.
