India, Sept. 12 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 0.86 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 2.21 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 61.09 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 40.26 per cent at Rs 67.49 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 112.97 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses dropped by 34.07 per cent to Rs 69.42 crore from Rs 105.29 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 0.00 per cent at Rs 0.15 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.15 crore).
