India, Oct. 29 -- NIIT Learning Systems Limited, a global provider of Managed Learning Services, has acquired 100% of Bluewater Learning, LLC, a strategic learning and talent transformation company, for a total consideration of up to USD 17.6 million. The deal, executed through its wholly owned subsidiary NIIT (USA), Inc., includes performance-linked earnouts over the next five years, subject to customary adjustments under the definitive agreements.
