India, Jan. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 12.79 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 25.68 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 50.19 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 9.67 per cent at Rs 143.04 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 130.43 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.83 per cent to Rs 120.63 crore from Rs 105.05 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 10.98 per cent at Rs 19.51 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 17.58 crore).
