India, Aug. 6 -- NIIT Learning Systems Ltd. on Tuesday, 12 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 162.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Thursday, 20 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 20 August 2026.
The last three dividends are 150% Final dividend (Ex Date : 04 September 2025), 137.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 05 September 2024) and 125% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 10 November 2023).
