India, April 13 -- The National Health Authority (NHA) has launched the AB PM-JAY Auto-Adjudication Hackathon 2026 to drive innovation in digital health and improve claims processing under the Ayushman Bharat scheme.
The initiative aims to develop scalable, AI-driven solutions for automated claims adjudication, enhancing speed, accuracy, and transparency. Currently, only 15–20% of claims are auto-processed, highlighting significant scope for improvement.
The hackathon has already attracted over 2,600 participants, including students, startups, and professionals. Registrations are open until April 13, 2026.
