India, Dec. 8 -- Navitas Semiconductor Corporation, a global leader in GaN and SiC power semiconductors, and Cyient Semiconductors Private Limited have entered into a long-term strategic partnership aimed at accelerating gallium nitride (GaN) technology deployment across India. The collaboration seeks to establish a comprehensive GaN ecosystem supporting high-voltage and high-power market applications.
Through this initiative, both companies will co-develop GaN products, mixed-signal and digital ICs, GaN-based system modules, and design enablement platforms catering to sectors such as AI data centers, electric mobility, advanced computing, energy grid infrastructure and industrial electrification.
