India, May 4 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.79 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 4.71 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 19.53 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.45 per cent at Rs 45.69 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 49.37 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 15.41 per cent to Rs 39.08 crore from Rs 46.20 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 41.09 per cent at Rs 2.38 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 4.04 crore).
