India, Aug. 18 -- Narendra Properties Ltd. on Thursday, 30 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 10 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 18 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 18 September 2026.
The last five dividends are 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 19 September 2025), 10% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 September 2023), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2008), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 30 August 2007) and 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 31 August 2006).
