India, Feb. 7 -- MRF Ltd. on Tuesday, 27 January 2026, has announced Interim dividend of 30 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 13 February 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 13 February 2026.
The last five dividends are 30% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 November 2025), 2290% Final dividend (Ex Date : 18 July 2025), 30% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 February 2025), 30% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2024) and 1940% Final dividend (Ex Date : 25 July 2024).
