India, Aug. 18 -- One MobiKwik Systems Ltd. has completed the transfer of its entire digital lending business, along with the associated employees, to MobiKwik Distribution Services Private Limited (MDSPL), its wholly owned subsidiary.
MDSPL has been established as a dedicated entity to manage MobiKwik's digital lending operations, including the sourcing and distribution of lending products. The transfer of the Lending Service Provider (LSP) business followed the necessary corporate approvals, including a special resolution passed by shareholders through a postal ballot on July 2, 2026.
