India, June 23 -- Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Limited (MIIL), a prominent real estate player in Mumbai, has announced its entry into South Mumbai with the redevelopment of a residential project in the upscale Dadar/Prabhadevi locality. The company has executed a Development Agreement for a project spread across approximately 31,000 sq. ft. of construction area, with an estimated revenue potential of ?800 million.
This marks MIIL's foray into the Dadar/Prabhadevi micro-market, following the successful development of multiple gated communities across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
