India, July 20 -- Meghna Infracon Infrastructure Ltd has launched 'Meghna One', a 17-storey, 2.8 lakh sq. ft. Grade-A commercial tower in Thane's Wagle Estate with a gross development value (GDV) of approximately Rs 300 crore.
