India, June 19 -- Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited has acquired a 15-acre land parcel in Kandivali East, Mumbai, strengthening its residential portfolio in the city. The proposed development is expected to have a Gross Development Value (GDV) of around Rs 5,600 crore and a development potential of approximately 1.8 million square feet.
The acquisition was completed through a competitive bidding process and aligns with the company's strategy of expanding in high-demand residential markets with strong long-term growth prospects.
