India, Nov. 15 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 3.91 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 as compared to Rs 4.53 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.69 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 17.97 per cent at Rs 265.19 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 224.80 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.55 per cent to Rs 249.89 crore from Rs 209.02 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 51.98 per cent at Rs 2.69 crore versus (Sep'24 Rs 1.77 crore).
