India, May 30 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.45 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 11.39 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 8.25 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined substantially by 30.24 per cent at Rs 207.69 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 297.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 30.93 per cent to Rs 191.81 crore from Rs 277.72 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 18.05 per cent at Rs 1.68 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 2.05 crore).
