India, Aug. 11 -- Lemon Tree Hotels Ltd has signed an agreement to launch Lemon Tree Premier, Madurai, further expanding its presence across Tamil Nadu and strengthening its South India portfolio.
The property will be managed by Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels. With the addition, Lemon Tree Hotels' Tamil Nadu portfolio will increase to eight properties, including five operational hotels and three upcoming developments.
The Madurai hotel will feature 100 rooms, along with a restaurant, banquet facilities, meeting room, fitness centre and swimming pool. The property will cater to both business and leisure travellers.
