India, July 15 -- L&T Technology Services (LTTS) announced that it is leading the deployment of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the Larsen & Toubro Group, enabling AI-powered workplace transformation for nearly 1.4 lakh employees.
As the largest adopter of Microsoft 365 Copilot within the L&T Group, LTTS said its AI initiatives have already delivered measurable benefits, including a 70% improvement in IT and HR query resolution, a 15% increase in HR productivity and employee engagement, and daily AI adoption by over 23,000 developers.
