India, April 27 -- L&T Realty Properties Ltd, a wholly owned arm of Larsen & Toubro Ltd, has expanded its development portfolio by acquiring a 100% stake in International Green Scapes Ltd.
The acquisition provides access to a 20-acre land parcel in Gurugram, marking L&T Realty's first entry into the NCR micro-market and adding a development potential of around 3.6 million square feet.
Additionally, during FY26, L&T Realty Properties and L&T Realty Developers Ltd have collectively completed land acquisitions across Mumbai, Delhi, and Bengaluru, with a combined development potential of approximately 3 million square feet, strengthening their medium-term pipeline.
