India, Sept. 30 -- Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has extended the timeline for completing the sale of its entire stake in L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Ltd (LTMRHL) to December 31, 2026.
L&T had entered into an agreement with Hyderabad Metro Rail Ltd, a Telangana government entity, to divest its complete holding in LTMRHL for Rs 1,461.47 crore.
The company has been dealing with various structural, financial and regulatory challenges related to the Hyderabad metro rail business.
