India, Oct. 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 5.92 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 8.36 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 29.19 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 8.92 per cent at Rs 35.93 crore in July-September quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 39.45 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During July-September quarter, operating expenses increased by 0.26 per cent to Rs 27.50 crore from Rs 27.43 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 142.86 per cent at Rs 0.34 crore versus (Sep'25 Rs 0.14 crore).
