India, July 8 -- Krishna Defence and Allied Industries Ltd. on Wednesday, 20 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 12.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Wednesday, 08 July 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 08 July 2026.
The last two dividends are 5% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025) and 5% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 22 November 2024).
