India, Aug. 21 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 7.30 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 10.06 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.44 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose by 0.84 per cent at Rs 228.48 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 226.58 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 2.81 per cent to Rs 213.59 crore from Rs 207.76 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 18.18 per cent at Rs 0.09 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 0.11 crore).
