India, Sept. 24 -- KNR Constructions Limited has received an appeals order from the Commissioner of Income Tax (Appeals), Hyderabad-12, allowing its appeal and deleting a penalty of Rs 9.35 crore for Assessment Year 2021-22.
The order was received by the company on September 23, 2026, at 7:23 AM. The company stated that its appeals were allowed and the penalty order has been deleted.
KNR Constructions said there is no financial, operational or other impact from the order, with the impact quantified as nil.
