India, May 25 -- Kalpataru Limited on Monday announced that it expects to generate revenue of around Rs 1,250 crore from a new cluster redevelopment project in Mumbai.

In a regulatory filing, the company said it has signed a major cluster redevelopment agreement involving five adjacent housing societies located in Ashok Nagar, Kandivali East, Mumbai, collectively referred to as the Ashokgram Cluster.

The redevelopment project spans approximately 2.8 acres and offers a free-sale development potential of nearly 0.37 million square feet of carpet area.
