India, Oct. 26 -- Jyoti Structures Limited (JSL) has secured orders worth a combined Rs 949.35 crore, excluding GST, from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited for two packages under the ±800 kV HVDC Bipole Barmer-II and South Kalamb Transmission Lines project in Rajasthan.
The company received Notifications of Award for Lot 1 under package TL01, valued at Rs 474.85 crore, and Lot 2 under package TL02, worth Rs 474.50 crore.
The scope of work includes the supply, erection, testing and commissioning of ±800 kV high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission lines on a total turnkey basis. Both packages are scheduled for completion within 38 months from the respective dates of award.
