India, Aug. 10 -- JSW Steel reported consolidated crude steel production of 24.02 lakh tonnes in July 2026, registering a 3% year-on-year increase compared with 23.27 lakh tonnes in the corresponding month last year.
Production from the company's Indian operations stood at 23.39 lakh tonnes, up 4% YoY from 22.55 lakh tonnes. Meanwhile, JSW Steel USA – Ohio recorded production of 0.63 lakh tonnes, down 13% from 0.72 lakh tonnes a year earlier.
Capacity utilisation at the company's Indian operations stood at 87% during July. The company said BF3 at Vijayanagar is ramping up well following its restart on June 23 and is currently operating at more than 80% of its rated capacity.
