India, Feb. 13 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 14.27 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 16.56 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 13.83 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined by 5.23 per cent at Rs 97.17 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 102.53 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 1.21 per cent to Rs 80.00 crore from Rs 79.04 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 275.65 per cent at Rs 4.32 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 1.15 crore).
