India, Jan. 21 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 10.95 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 31.99 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 65.77 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 1.46 per cent at Rs 72.95 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 74.03 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.59 per cent to Rs 56.68 crore from Rs 58.19 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 28.45 per cent at Rs 2.98 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 2.32 crore).
