India, Aug. 27 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 53.50 crore for the quarter ended June 30, 2026 as compared to Rs 71.35 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 25.02 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 11.09 per cent at Rs 442.27 crore in April-June quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 398.13 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During April-June quarter, operating expenses increased by 14.19 per cent to Rs 380.75 crore from Rs 333.44 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 47.00 per cent at Rs 23.60 crore versus (Jun'25 Rs 44.53 crore).
