India, March 9 -- Shares of Insolation Energy Limited have been listed on the main boards of both the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India.
A total of 220,394,625 equity shares with a face value of Re 1 each have been admitted for trading on both exchanges with effect from Monday, according to a company release.
The company was earlier listed on the BSE SME platform and has now migrated to the BSE Main Board. It has also secured a direct listing on the NSE Capital Market segment, marking a key milestone in its growth journey.
