India, Nov. 19 -- Info Edge, the parent company of platforms such as Naukri.com, on Wednesday announced the formal exit of its Chief Financial Officer and Board Member, Chintan Thakkar. Founder Sanjeev Bikhchandani praised Thakkar's financial acumen and governance leadership while confirming his departure on social media.
Thakkar had resigned on August 19, stating his intention to pursue a new career opportunity in a different direction. As per the company's terms, he was relieved of his duties on November 19.
