India, Feb. 9 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 8.25 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 11.41 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 27.70 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined moderately by 7.19 per cent at Rs 346.33 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 373.15 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.50 per cent to Rs 193.48 crore from Rs 161.91 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 64.86 per cent at Rs 0.13 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.37 crore).
