India, Aug. 29 -- IL&FS Investment Managers Ltd. on Friday, 29 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 35 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Tuesday, 15 September 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 15 September 2026.
The last five dividends are 25% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 21 November 2025), 14% Final dividend (Ex Date : 12 September 2025), 35% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 August 2024), 40% Final dividend (Ex Date : 17 August 2023) and 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 29 August 2022).
