India, Aug. 19 -- IDFC FIRST Bank Ltd. has successfully priced USD 500 million senior notes through its IFSC Banking Unit, marking the bank's maiden entry into the international debt capital markets.
The transaction was priced on August 18, 2026, and is aimed at diversifying the bank's funding profile and expanding access to global sources of capital. The issuance received strong participation from a diversified base of global institutional investors.
The USD-denominated senior notes have a three-year tenor, with an allotment date of August 25, 2026, and maturity on August 25, 2029. The notes carry a coupon of 5.625%, with interest payable semi-annually on February 25 and August 25, starting February 25, 2027.
