India, Aug. 18 -- ICICI Bank has raised USD 750 million from international investors through a bond issuance aimed at supporting the bank's business growth.
The fundraising was carried out through the bank's IFSC banking unit at a coupon rate of 5.417 per cent, according to a regulatory filing.
The issue comprises senior unsecured fixed-rate notes with a 5-year tenure and forms part of ICICI Bank's USD 7.5 billion Global Medium Term Note Programme.
