India, Aug. 24 -- Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. on Wednesday, 07 May 2025, has announced Final dividend of 10.50 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 08 September 2025 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 08 September 2025.
The last five dividends are 10.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 13 March 2025), 20.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 30 January 2025), 26.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 13 September 2024), 15% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 28 March 2024) and 31% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2023).
