India, Feb. 5 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 17.17 crore for the quarter ended December 31, 2025 as compared to Rs 17.84 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 3.76 per cent.
Net revenue of the company rose moderately by 19.89 per cent at Rs 461.26 crore in October-December quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 384.72 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During October-December quarter, operating expenses increased by 19.05 per cent to Rs 394.47 crore from Rs 331.34 crore in year ago period.
Other Income dipped by 16.28 per cent at Rs 0.72 crore versus (Dec'24 Rs 0.86 crore).
