India, July 30 -- Housing and Urban Development Corporation Ltd. on Thursday, 14 May 2026, has announced Final dividend of 15 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Monday, 17 August 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 17 August 2026.
The last five dividends are 12.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 27 March 2026), 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 06 February 2026), 10% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 19 November 2025), 11.50% Interim dividend (Ex Date : 14 August 2025) and 10.50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 08 September 2025).
