India, May 28 -- The company reported standalone net profit of Rs 1.42 crore for the quarter ended March 31, 2026 as compared to Rs 3.44 crore in the same period last year, registering a year-on-year decline of 58.72 per cent.
Net revenue of the company declined marginally by 4.46 per cent at Rs 96.45 crore in January-March quarter of this fiscal as against Rs 100.95 crore in the corresponding period last year.
During January-March quarter, operating expenses dropped by 2.85 per cent to Rs 91.13 crore from Rs 93.80 crore in year ago period.
Other Income grew by 42.54 per cent at Rs 1.91 crore versus (Mar'25 Rs 1.34 crore).
