India, May 17 -- Himadri Speciality Chemical Ltd. on Thursday, 23 April 2026, has announced Final dividend of 80 percent on Equity Share, to its shareholders holding shares on the register on Friday, 22 May 2026 (Record Date). The ex-dividend date will be 22 May 2026.
The last five dividends are 60% Final dividend (Ex Date : 23 May 2025), 50% Final dividend (Ex Date : 07 June 2024), 25% Final dividend (Ex Date : 09 June 2023), 20% Final dividend (Ex Date : 20 September 2022) and 15% Final dividend (Ex Date : 21 September 2021).
