India, Sept. 22 -- Hikal Limited has entered the Personal Care segment with the commencement of commercial production at its new cGMP-compliant, multipurpose manufacturing facility in Panoli, Gujarat.
The facility, repurposed from an existing manufacturing asset, has successfully completed its first production batches, with product samples validated by customers. The company said it has received encouraging feedback, indicating positive market interest in its portfolio.
Hikal's initial focus is on the Beauty & Personal Care segment, particularly skincare, where it is developing a portfolio of second-generation UV filters designed to meet evolving consumer preferences and regulatory requirements across global markets.
