India, Aug. 28 -- Hemisphere Properties India Ltd (HPIL) has appointed Amit Kumar Agarwal as an Independent Director on its Board, effective August 27, 2026, pursuant to an Office Order issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA).
Agarwal has been appointed for a period of three years from the date of notification, or until further orders, whichever is earlier.
