India, May 15 -- HDB Financial Services Ltd on Thursday announced the appointment of Natarajan Srinivasan as an independent director and non-executive chairman of the company.
The appointment comes as the company continues to expand its operations and strengthen its long-term growth strategy, HDB Financial Services said in a statement.
Srinivasan brings extensive leadership experience, having spent a significant part of his career in senior management roles within the Murugappa Group.
