India, Aug. 4 -- HCLTech has completed the acquisition of HPE's Telco Solutions business, strengthening its position in AI-led telecom engineering and expanding its capabilities for communications service providers (CSPs) worldwide.
The acquisition, first announced in December 2025, follows the successful integration of HPE's Communications Technology Group (CTG) business in 2024. It enhances HCLTech's ability to support telecom operators in network modernization, AI-driven autonomous operations, 5G deployment, network virtualization, multi-cloud, edge computing, private 5G, and Network-as-a-Service (NaaS).
